Two teams exceeding expectations are butting heads in the Buckeye State tonight.

Resiliency has been key for both the Blue Jackets and the Red Wings tonight, who are both coming off wins.

For Detroit, they won their eighth game of the season against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday.

Tyler Bertuzzi got back into the swing of things… adding an assist.

He was held without a point in his last two contests, but is amongst league leaders with nine goals.

Columbus has started well, holding a 7-5-1 record.

Oliver Bjorkstrand and Jakub Voracek are driving the bus, but the Jackets have stumbled since losing Patrik Laine to an oblique strain.

The first time they met, Detroit skated out of Little Caesars Arena with a 4-1 victory.

This time, the two teams meet on Columbus turf – but with the Wings carrying some swagger, the underdog is the way to go.

Here is my pick:

Take Detroit on the money line +110

Take Tyler Bertuzzi to score
