Team USA Going for Gold & Looking for Revenge Against France

France snapped Team USA’s 25-game Olympic win streak less than two weeks ago. But since that loss, the U.S. has looked every bit like the powerhouse we know them to be.

In the knockout rounds, the Americans overcame double-digit deficits against both Spain and Australia…and they did it with their defence, holding each team to under 40 second half points.

It doesn’t hurt that their offence is firing on all cylinders as well.

Since the opener, the U.S. has put up over 107 points per game…and it’s no coincidence that Kevin Durant has averaged 25 points on 60% shooting in their last three contests.

France’s size advantage should keep things closer than Vegas expects…but we should all expect USA to come out on top and win their fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal.
