Denis Gurianov got the winner for Dallas Saturday night against the Los Angeles Kings.

But LA got “goalied”!!

Yes, it’s early in the season, but so far, Braden Holtby is looking like his old Vezina trophy-winning self again.

He made 43 saves in the Dallas win. 43!!!

Not a bad way to endear yourself to a new fanbase.

Dallas improves their record to 3-2-0.

The Jackets, meanwhile, are also at a 3-2 record, but they’re looking to get back on the horse after being outclassed 5-1 by the Carolina Hurricanes in their last game.

But that hasn’t been the story of this year for Brad Larsen’s group.

They had three wins in their first four games of the year, including an 8-2 blowout of the Arizona Coyotes.

Oliver Bjorkstrand had four points in that game.

Two teams with identical records in this young season, with the Jackets coming in as the underdogs. Sounds like some good value.
