Sharman’s (very early) World Cup 2022 Preview

So it’s the first international break of the season as World Cup qualifying commences… yeah… Euro was like yesterday. Still, Qatar 2022 is next year… hence the name… and don’t forget it will be in November and December. 

So how about we get some early bets in, there is plenty of value to be had… Brazil are currently favourites, despite having just lost the Copa America final to Argentina who are sitting at 8th favourites… Leo Messi and company just tossed that monkey off its back, winning Copa. So at +1024, I’m thinking this might be a very decent wager… but what really stands out to me is Italy… the European champions were by far the best team at Euro, are redefining the game tactically, and are young. So why are they only 5th favourites at +950? Get in on that before it changes, because it will change!
