Portugal v Rep of Ireland - bad to worse for Bruno & CR7?

This one looks like an easy call - but I’m not so sure...

Yes, they’re favorites at -300; and yes, they have the number one international scorer in Cristiano Ronaldo; AND YES, they're coming off the back of four straight wins.

But two factors in particular could see this one go the other way.

When these teams met back in September, the Republic of Ireland were winning 1-0 , only for CR7 to score an equalizing header in the 88th minute - and then a WINNING header in the 95th minute. 

They lost - but the Irish were well and truly in this game.

Add to that, the fact that Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandez are officially ‘not killing it’ at Man Utd

And a dip in form with the national team as well could easily see Ireland get something out of the match.

So my pick here is an Each Way bet on the Republic of Ireland at +225.
