Plenty to play for in MLB’s final weekend

It’s not all bad news, Blue Jays fans. The season is not over, you’re just going to have to rely on… the Washington Nationals. 

The six month marathon is approaching the finish line, the MLB season has just one weekend of life left, and with three games remaining there’s still plenty to play for in the American League. 

Nothing is guaranteed yet and four teams are still in the hunt for the two wild card spots available. The Yankees have a two game lead over tied Boston and Seattle, and the Blue Jays staying alive a game back of both.

These massively important series start tonight, and after dropping a series against the lowly Baltimore Orioles, the Red Sox need to salvage their season by beating the 94-loss Washington Nationals.
