The Vegas Golden Knights have made their intentions known as a true contender for the Stanley Cup this year. We’re going to celebrate that move by… picking them to lose to the Senators?!

While you were sleeping, the Vegas Golden Knights pushed even more of their chips all in as a Cup Contender, making a big splash by acquiring star forward Jack Eichel from the Buffalo Sabres. 

That’s all well and good for the long term status of an already very good hockey team, but we’re focusing on Thursday night specifically. The combination of injuries, and players being sent out in exchange for Eichel means an already shorthanded team will be grasping for depth on the road in Ottawa against those Pesky Sens.
