Canadiens may not get their revenge game just yet

It’s a rematch of last year’s Stanley Cup Final, though the Montreal Canadiens aren’t exactly ready to play the revenge game they have been dreaming of.

The Tampa Bay Lightning and the Canadiens face off tonight, but the Canadiens haven’t bounced back well from losing the Stanley Cup final.

They’ve won just six games this season, are in the middle of a top to bottom personnel change, and missing their most valuable players.

New on that list, top-scorer Tyler Toffoli, who was injured in their last game and out for the next several weeks.

How has Tampa reacted to winning back to back Stanley Cup championships? Well if their seven to one victory over the Flyers Sunday is any indication, they’re doing just fine.
