Canadian Curling Olympic Trials Best Bets | Day 7

So I’m looking at a two-bet parlay for the women this afternoon in Draw 18 of the Canadian Curling Olympic Trials. First up, Tracy Fleury to defeat Jennifer Jones. Fleury has already booked a ticket to the Curling Trials final on Sunday, where she will compete for a chance to represent Canada in the Beijing Olympics. Team Fleury is undefeated at this tournament whereas Jones is coming off a loss to 2018 Olympian Rachel Homan. 

While Jones has the experience and pedigree, having won the 2014 Olympic gold in Sochi, I like Fleury to remain undefeated in this one. 

The other game is Kerri Einarson, the reigning Scotties Tournament of Hearts champion. After losing two of her first three games, Einarson has responded nicely, putting herself in a position to secure a playoff spot. If she defeats Team Rocque, Team Einarson is into the semifinals to setup a rematch with Jennifer Jones. The last time Einarson took on Rocque was at the Okotoks Ladies Classic in November 2020, where Einarson defeated Rocque 10-2.
