Bournemouth vs Liverpool odds and best bets: Props and predictions for March 11
THE NARRATIVE
After inflicting a record-breaking defeat on their fiercest Premier League rivals, are Liverpool FC finally back in business, or could bottom side Bournemouth be about to pour cold water on Jurgen Klopp’s top four ambitions?
INITIAL THOUGHTS
It’s been quite the turnaround at Anfield in recent weeks, with Liverpool throwing off a dismal start to the season to put together a seven game unbeaten run in the league, and put seven goals past Man United on the weekend.
The Reds can leapfrog Tottenham Hotspur into 4th place with a win against the Cherries on Saturday, and considering Klopp’s side ran out 9-0 winners last time the two sides met, this one should be a formality, right?
NUTS AND BOLTS
Well yes…but also maybe not. Don't forget Bournemouth were close to pulling off a massive upset last weekend after going 2-0 up against league leaders Arsenal at the Emirates.
Gary O'Neil’s side could have come away with a point were it not for Ryan Nelson’s 97th minute winner, and the Cherries did manage a draw when they hosted high-flying Newcastle last month.
That said, Liverpool have some impressive stats heading into Saturday’s matchup. The Red’s have kept clean sheets in each of their last five League games, as many as they’d managed in their last 24 outings combined. Cody Gakpo has four goals in his last five Premier League starts, while Darwin Nunez has three in his last four.
Substitute Roberto Firmino helped himself to a goal against United last weekend, and the Brazilian could add to an impressive league tally against Bournemouth should he get a runout on Saturday. Firmino has been directly involved in 12 Premier League goals overall against Bournemouth, with two goals and three assists in the last meeting alone.

Bournemouth to win or tie (+175)
If you think Liverpool could slip up after last week’s heroics, then Bournemouth to win or tie could well be worth a look.
Cody Gakpo anytime goal (+190)
The Dutchman is finally finding his feet in the Premiership and looks like good value to score again here.
Roberto Firmino +1.5 SOT (+220)
Bobby Firmino loves nothing better than tormenting the Cherries, so these odds for two or more shots on target look too good to miss.
