Jays fans… DEEP BREATHS! We’re gonna get through this.

The superstars were just that for the New York Yankees against the Toronto Blue Jays last night.

The bombastic duo of Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton left the Jays searching for answers Tuesday night… They lost 7-2 in the opener of a pivotal series.

Judge had a solo homer in the third, and Stanton had the soul-crushing three-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Bronx Bombers up big.

Who can stop these two?

The Blue Jays are really hoping it’ll be Jose Berrios.

The right-hander heads to the mound tonight with a clean 3.48 ERA in 31 starts, and a 12-9 record… One of those wins came against the Yankees earlier this month.

In order for the Jays to make the playoffs, they’ll need to leapfrog the Boston Red Sox who sit one game ahead of them.

Boston lost last night in Baltimore… So Toronto currently keeps pace.

But they’ll need two more wins than the BoSox if they want to catch them in the wild card race.

Given the quality pitching, the desperation, and the never-quit attitude of the Blue Jays… Expect a rebound performance.
