Pitch Talks Live! from anywhere across Canada

Tonight, for the first time ever, Homestand Sports is bringing our Pitch Talks experience to you.

Homestand will be providing a high-quality pay per view stream of tonight’s “Blue Jays Hotstove” event for those who are not able to attend in person. It will cost just $4.99 USD (as of November 2 the streaming service will be able in CAD) and be available to stream on both Facebook and Twitter. Viewers can use the code “TALK25” for 25% off.

The streams will be ad-free, there will be no interruption and they will be available on demand for repeat viewing after the fact. Tonight’s stream will go live at 7:00 p.m., with the event getting underway at 7:30.

“Our first priority is always making sure the people who are there are having a good experience,” says Homestand Sports founder & CEO Kevin Kennedy. “But we know that there are Blue Jays fans across Canada, not just in Toronto and this is our way to reach out to them.”

Tonight’s event is hosted by Ashley Docking and features a stacked cast of baseball personalities including Laura Armstrong (Toronto Star), Kaitlyn McGrath (The Athletic), Keegan Matheson (Baseball Toronto), Dr. Mike Sonne (The Athletic), Gord Ash (VP, Milwaukee Brewers) and Ian Hunter (@BlueJayHunter).

Like the events, the streams will be intimate and interactive. Fans can use the hashtag #PitchTalksTV to interact with our panellists and ask questions during the event.

“We want to bring them into the room,” says Kennedy. “We want to give them a really good, high-quality experience if they can’t attend.”

Pay per view streaming will also be offered for a host of select other special Homestand events including our upcoming Hoop Talks and Puck Talks nights.
